1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Omeo It Solution ("the Agency"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Description of Services

Omeo It Solution provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to Google & Meta Ads lead generation, Display and YouTube Ads management, and Web Project Creations. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or formal agreement signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients are required to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., Google Ads accounts, website CMS, CRM systems).
  • Supply accurate information regarding their business, target audience, and marketing goals.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframes.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to ad copy, graphics, methodologies, and operational manuals created by Omeo It Solution remain the intellectual property of the Agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a license to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Omeo It Solution makes no guarantees regarding specific financial results, lead volumes, or sales conversions, as these depend on various external market factors. The Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Punjab, India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jalandhar City.
